The mould forming system of disposable tableware in our factory is a kind of automatic continuous multi position hydraulic forming machine. The motion system of the hydraulic system can be connected with PLC control system through RS-232C interface, which lays a hardware foundation for the research and development of PLC control system. The control system shall meet the requirements of reliable forming process, simple operation and convenient maintenance. The control system of injection molding machine in each cycle is divided into 8 processes:

　　1.
