一、控制面板：

在一次性環(huán)保餐具設(shè)備控制面板的設(shè)計(jì)上主要考慮系統(tǒng)控制操作的方便，避免引起誤操作;另外，需要考慮系統(tǒng)硬件接線的方便、系統(tǒng)線路檢修的方便以及面板整體的美觀。

二、資源分配設(shè)計(jì)：

資源的分配主要涉及到輸入和輸出點(diǎn)的確定，對(duì)應(yīng)的功能按鈕以及功能的描述等，具體參見表1。為了越加清楚的描述資源的分配，表中同時(shí)列出了PLC的一些內(nèi)部資源的分配，包括時(shí)間繼電器和中間繼電器。

三、硬件線路和軟件設(shè)計(jì)：

硬件線路的設(shè)計(jì)比較簡(jiǎn)單，根據(jù)資源表就可以對(duì)PLC的外部接線進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。軟件的設(shè)計(jì)相對(duì)比較復(fù)雜，先需要繪制軟件程序流程圖，從圖中可知，控制程序主要有3個(gè)分支，即點(diǎn)動(dòng)、自動(dòng)和單步執(zhí)行。

一次性環(huán)保餐具設(shè)備系統(tǒng)的控制程序采用廠商提供的 PFSOFT開發(fā)工具進(jìn)行開發(fā)，把 PFSOFT軟件安裝在PC機(jī)上，PC機(jī)與PLC相連，打開 PFSOFT開發(fā)界面，編寫LC控制梯形圖程序，梯形圖程序下載到PLC中，可以在PLC上進(jìn)行模擬調(diào)試，調(diào)試平臺(tái)采用“電氣控制與PLC實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)開始采用常規(guī)控制指令進(jìn)行編程，雖然功能上實(shí)現(xiàn)沒有問題，但由于功能比較復(fù)雜，程序比較長，以致PLC對(duì)程序的掃描時(shí)間過長，不符合成型機(jī)控制的要求。放棄常規(guī)控制指令結(jié)構(gòu)，而采用步進(jìn)指令+高階指令的程序結(jié)構(gòu)，使得程序結(jié)構(gòu)越加明晰，程序長度大大縮短，程序的掃描時(shí)間達(dá)到控制的要求。

Although there is no problem in function realization, due to the complex function and long program, the PLC scanning time for the program is too long, which does not meet the requirements of synthetic machine control. By abandoning the conventional control instruction structure and adopting the program structure of step instruction and higher order instruction, the program structure becomes clearer, the program length is greatly shortened, and the scanning time of the program meets the control requirements.
