The secondary material of disposable foamed lunch box is polystyrene, which is not resistant to low temperature and easy to absorb oil. It is filled with oily food with high oil temperature. It can not be heated in microwave oven and steamer.

They stop disinfecting and sterilizing at more than 100 degrees Celsius and do not deform at 150 degrees Celsius without external force. Normal microwave oven does not precipitate excessive plasticizer in short time. However, if the temperature exceeds the heat resistance limit, the plasticizer can also be released. Temporary heating of plastic lunch boxes with low temperature should be prevented.
