Because the pressure regulating network 18 is low and the thrust of the clamping cylinder is small, even if there are hard foreign matters between the two templates, the mold surface will not be damaged.

　　三、注射座前移(2Y、5Y1通電)：

　　一次性玉米淀粉餐具模具在注塑機(jī)上安裝調(diào)試后，注射槍應(yīng)支撐模具的注射口，注射座應(yīng)向前移動(dòng)。泵的壓力油通過電磁換向閥的正確位置進(jìn)入注射座動(dòng)缸的右腔。注射座向前移動(dòng)，使噴嘴與模具接觸。注射座運(yùn)動(dòng)氣缸左腔內(nèi)的油通過換向閥返回油箱。
