以玉米芯粉為主料，淀粉、殼聚糖以、黃原膠2聚乙烯醇為膠黏劑，在90℃熔融共混30min制備混合原料，再通過一系列后續(xù)處理制備餐具。

玉米芯餐具的制備工藝流程:

玉米芯粉(過篩)、聚乙烯醇(溶解)、淀粉、殼聚糖、黃原膠→丶加適量水→混合、攪拌、恒溫水浴熔融→擠壓→塑形→于燥→表面處理→于燥→冷卻→性能測(cè)定。

一、一次性玉米淀粉餐具混合原料制備：

1、 Preparation of mixed raw materials for disposable corn starch tableware:

1、將玉米芯粉過篩，稱取備用。

1. Sift corncob powder, weigh and set aside.

2、稱取淀粉、殼聚糖、黃原膠，并與玉米芯粉混合均勻，備用。

2. Weigh starch, chitosan and xanthan gum, mix them with corncob powder, and set aside.

3、稱取一定量聚乙烯醇，加入適量蒸餾水，90℃水浴加熱15min并不斷攪拌，直全溶解。

3. Weigh a certain amount of polyvinyl alcohol, add appropriate amount of distilled water, heat it in 90 ℃ water bath for 15min, and continuously stir until it is completely dissolved.

4、將2中的混合粉末與溶解的聚乙烯醇混合均勻，再加入適量的蒸餾水保障每個(gè)原料全潤(rùn)濕，放入恒溫水浴鍋中90℃加熱30min，不斷攪拌以保證原料受熱均勻，并使料漿質(zhì)地細(xì)膩良好。

4. Mix the mixed powder in 2 with the dissolved polyvinyl alcohol evenly, then add appropriate amount of distilled water to ensure that each raw material is fully wetted, put it into a constant temperature water bath at 90 ℃ for 30min, and continuously stir to ensure that the raw material is heated evenly and the slurry texture is fine and good.

二、擠壓成型：

2、 Extrusion molding:

1、將上述料漿稍冷卻后進(jìn)行擠壓塑形，放入干燥箱中干燥1h，恒溫100℃。

1. After the slurry is cooled slightly, it is extruded and molded, and then put into the drying oven to dry for 1 hour at a constant temperature of 100 ℃.

2、將一次性玉米淀粉餐具取出冷卻室溫，再放入于燥箱中于燥30min，恒溫85℃，即制得成品。
