1、 Process flow:

據(jù)悉，生產(chǎn)能夠降解的一次性餐具的工藝過程主要包括∶選擇主料、主料預(yù)處理、配料攪拌、定量送料、熱壓成形、表面噴涂、烘干、包裝入庫等8個部份。該一次性餐具設(shè)備便是基于該生產(chǎn)工藝而設(shè)計的，其主要完成定量送料和熱壓成形過程。即：上料→攤料→加壓、加熱、保壓、卸壓→脫模→（移走）→下一個循環(huán)。

It is reported that the production process of degradable disposable tableware mainly includes eight parts: selection of main materials, pretreatment of main materials, batching and mixing, quantitative feeding, hot pressing, surface spraying, drying and disinfection, packaging and warehousing. The disposable tableware equipment is designed based on the production process, which mainly completes the quantitative feeding and hot pressing forming process. That is: loading → spreading → pressurizing, heating, pressure maintaining, pressure relieving → demoulding → removing → next cycle.

采用3個工位：一工位完成上料工步，二工位完成加壓、加熱、保壓、卸壓工步，第三工位完成脫模與餐具移走的工步。移走工步運(yùn)用負(fù)壓吸住餐具然后放到傳送帶上，這個動作靠氣動輔助裝置實(shí)現(xiàn)。為增加時間利用率和單機(jī)生產(chǎn)率，周全利用電動機(jī)的功率，減少能耗，部分工作時間并行工作。

There are three working positions: one is to complete the feeding step, the second is to complete the pressurization, heating, pressure holding and pressure relief step, and the third is to complete the demoulding and tableware removal step. The removal step uses the negative pressure to suck the tableware and then put it on the conveyor belt. This action is realized by the pneumatic auxiliary device. In order to increase the time utilization rate and single machine productivity, the power of the motor is fully utilized, and the energy consumption is reduced.

二、一次性餐具設(shè)備工藝過程循環(huán)的八個工步內(nèi)容：

工步一：在工位二，攤料馬達(dá)旋轉(zhuǎn)（3DT動作），同時成型缸上升（1'DT動作）到限定位置，液壓系統(tǒng)壓力升高，溢流閥卸載，時間2.5s。成型缸上升使得模具上下模分開的瞬時間，攤料馬達(dá)中的旋轉(zhuǎn)力使得餐具和模具易于分離，成型缸上升也為步驟二上料缸伸出做好了準(zhǔn)備。

Step 1: in station 2, the spreading motor rotates (3DT action), at the same time, the forming cylinder rises (1'dt action) to the limited position, the hydraulic system pressure rises, and the relief valve unloads, the time is 2.5s. The rising of the forming cylinder makes the upper and lower dies separate. The rotating force in the spreading motor makes it easy to separate the tableware and the die. The rising of the forming cylinder is also ready for the extending of the feeding cylinder in step 2.
                                  

工步二：在工位一上料缸伸出完成上料，在第三工位的脫模缸同時伸出（4DT動作）頂料桿頂出餐具，時間2.5s。

Step 2: the feeding cylinder in station 1 is extended to complete feeding, and the demoulding cylinder in station 3 is extended at the same time (4dt action) to eject the tableware, with a time of 2.5s.

工步三：暫停5s，在第三工位取出餐具。

Step 3: pause for 5S and take out the tableware in the third position.

工步四：在工位一上料缸縮回取料，在第三工位脫模缸同時縮回（4'DT動作）復(fù)位，時間1.5s。

Step 4: retract and reclaim the material in the feeding cylinder of station 1, retract and reset the demoulding cylinder of station 3 at the same time (4'dt action), with a time of 1.5s.

工步五：回轉(zhuǎn)馬達(dá)旋轉(zhuǎn)（2DT動作）轉(zhuǎn)換工位，時間3s。

Step 5: rotary motor rotation (2DT action) conversion station, time 3S.

工步六：在工位二攤料馬達(dá)旋轉(zhuǎn)（3DT動作）攤料，同時成型缸下降（1DT動作）餐具成形，時間2，55o

工步七：在工位二成型缸位置保持不變，繼續(xù)壓實(shí)并加熱固化，時間13.5s。

工步八：一次性餐具設(shè)備整體停止2s。

Step 8: stop the whole disposable tableware equipment for 2S.
